Cardio Drumming is a fun, energetic fitness class that can adapt to any fitness level! It is also affordable! We're so glad that you're interested in joining us. We have an amazing community of individuals who are here to support you on your journey to better health and fitness. We strive to provide a no-judgement environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. We hope to meet you very soon!

 2020 Schedule:
Thursdays 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the MAC gym.

COVID-19 Update: We are offering online classes and hold classes outdoors, weather permitting. The gym at the MAC offers plenty of room for social distancing. Please visit our Facebook page for the latest information.
